The 8 missions

  1. Earth, Moon & Sun. Why does the Moon change shape? Why do we have seasons? What is an eclipse? Puzzles, math labs and a shadow clock.
  2. Rocky Planets. Compare Mercury, Venus, Earth and Mars with scale models, trading cards, a rover maze and a hands-on crater lab.
  3. Giant Planets. Weigh yourself on Jupiter, draw the giants to scale, play a board game across the gas giants and build a density tower.
  4. Moons, Dwarf Planets & Small Bodies. Meet Pluto, comets, asteroids and icy moons, make a cryovolcano erupt and decide: is Pluto a planet?
  5. Rockets, Orbits & Missions. Build a straw rocket, decode Morse messages, label the SLS rocket and run a launch-day countdown.
  6. Stars, Constellations & Galaxies. Connect the dots between stars, create your own constellation, build a pinhole planetarium and find out how far a light-year really is.
  7. Life Beyond Earth. Explore the Goldilocks zone, extremophiles, ocean moons and the search for alien worlds.
  8. Astronaut Life. How do astronauts eat, sleep, work and walk in space? Label a spacesuit, plan a day on the station and try a microgravity experiment.

Three levels on every page

Each page carries a level badge so kids pick the challenge that fits: Explorer (ages 9–10), Navigator (11–12) or Commander (13–14). The same mission works for a whole family or a mixed-age classroom.
